I wrote most of these while I was in a eating disorder rehab program. I thought they might help you get through the day. These are my favorite ones. If you want more, or want to share one of your own DM me and I'll do it ASAP.

This is a small collection of poems that I have compiled over the years starting at age 15 stemming from my own personal experiences and observations of the world around me. I am hoping in the future for this to become a book.
