Crime is at an all-time low... except for one type. Arson is higher than it's ever been thanks to a serial killer, recently called "Political Blaze" by the public. He attacks government buildings and burns them to the ground, along with everyone inside. It's unknown how the killer manages to get to these heavily guarded buildings, but one day an investigator discovers an important clue. Now both sides are playing with fire, and one way or another someone will burn.
