It all started to fall apart when the train hit the track life was over for me as I knew it. Sorrow burdened through me like the great plaque. Time suddenly froze. My life was officially over.
Lena is shy, young, beautiful ordinary girl wanting to finish her senior year without any drama .facing the death of her brother was hard enough now she was ready for a new change.
Moving from the state of California to one of the most dangerous places in the world the state of Virginia. Mixed up with the wrong group life suddenly changes for this town girl. Meeting Blake Johnson was the hardest thing for her to face because he reminds her so much of her brother but she can’t help but feel pulled to him .
This is a story full of conflict, drama, happy moments, sad moments and one thing you won’t be expecting

A story of two brothers who have nothing in life but each other. The story is told through the main character, Joel, as he recalls events from his childhood and how he and his brother, Blake, escaped the nightmare of their Mother's drug fuelled abuse. After escaping their abusive home and life of neglect Blake takes on the role of a parent and supports his younger brother through High School but as Joel tries to keep moving forward his past begins to hold him back. As Joel loses focus on his future he resorts to deceitful and aggressive behaviour that begins to put a strain on the brothers close relationship. Altered
Have you ever met someone who alters the course of your life? For good or for bad, they've come in, given and taken, and then- BOOM! Your life was never the same.
