For a family of meerkats known as the Jumaa, their adversity is only just beginning. After the groups leader Aliya gives birth to an albino pup the mob is thrown into a spot of true despair as they believe she is a freak of nature in every sense. This young meerkat along with her siblings will experience tragedy, warfare, hatred and the strength of a family as they must grow into successful adults who are capable of defending themselves.
