High school junior Danny has suffered isolation for most of his life, never experiencing the comfort of truly loving someone and instead being constantly used and neglected. Then comes along the most popular and yet most mysterious guy in school (and in Danny's life), Jason Powers, who questionably accidently yet purposefully sends his deliveries to Danny's house. Upon meeting eyes with this high school hottie for the first time, Danny unlocks his own ability to see otherwise invisible things and to have his aggression turn into an intense and deadly power. Danny will discover that this power is tied with Jason, who turns out to be no ordinary human being. For the first time, Danny feels that he has an actual destiny to work with Jason to fight for peace and survival. Through these struggles, the two will come to realize how much they need each other to survive living their "ordinary" lives as well as their day-to-day lives as high schoolers living together. Can they survive and fulfill the prophecy to protect every living creature, or will their lonely pasts disrupt whatever relation they have and bring about their own demise...?
