Wanting revenge when you've been wronged is a natural human response. When we're motivated to seek revenge, it's often out of a sense of fairness. If an injustice has been committed, then the only way to restore balance in the moral universe is if the wrongdoers pay for what they've done. And thus, begins the tale of Matoi Ryuko. Growing up with no one but herself, with nothing but her anger and aggressive mind. Her entire world, however, turns upside-down once she finally returns home at her father's request. Much to her shock, however, what she found was not the warmth of a parental hug.
But the shock of death.
Now alone in this world, the only thing she ever desired is to seek for her father's murder. Thus, along the way, The Rebel met the Fox. Her harsh road becomes harsher the moment she meets the tyrannical figure of the Kiryuin Conglomerate. Ruling over her kingdom with a steel fist and equally harsh subordinates. It isn't long before Matoi Ryuko finds herself with an unlikely alliance, and for the first time ever in her entire life, having someone to rely on. Once she found herself lost once more, she has no choice but to lean towards The Fox. The boy has no problems in aiding her, which only contributes to their feelings soon becoming one.
But everything that is good soon ends.
Her entire world is once more, a lie.
Her feelings are once more, conflicted.
But at the end of the day, she made her choice.
And so, they were united as one.
United as Claws & Scissors.
