I live in a world where everyone had a special skill. Or at least, everyone I knew had some sort of power, something that made them different from everyone else.
For Paige, her ability was to see how dangerous a person was.
For me, I could see when someone was going to die.
It's been almost two years since Marcus got Chase and himself arrested. Now they're breaking out a few days early. Things are pretty uneventful at first-at least, as uneventful as they can be for two teenage boys fresh out of jail. But it doesn't take longs for things to get interesting. Grudges are being held, friendships have been lost, people have changed, and Marcus and Chase have to figure out who to trust.

After my escape, and yet another but brutal last year at the same high school, my school sent me their condolences and made sure to inform my future college of my past.
