The Runner-ups

Hallie Sullivan had no intention of showing up the schools golden boy Alex Finnegan. She was told to pitch at her schools annual pep rally so she did, but no one expected that she would be good. After the event the two teens instantly dislike each other, but after Hallie gets recruited onto the baseball team as their new pitcher, the two have to learn to get along in order to finally break the streak of always coming in second place. The two might just fall in love on their mission to win the championships, that is...if they don't kill each other first.
