(I'll Always) Follow You

Keith Kogane is a loner. A reject. He's the weird kid with no parents and a mullet.

Lance McClain is a sensation. A star. He's the boy that all guys want to be, and that all girls want to be with.

To Keith, Lance is an arrogant playboy who doesn't seem to understand how good he has it. He has a family, popularity, and a huge social media following, all things Keith knows he'll never have. One day, out of the blue, Keith feels the urge to message Lance a plain "hey" thinking it is harmless, that he would never respond, and that if he did, he would finally tell off the cocky Instagram star for flaunting his life. Lance does respond, and with his reply, Keith's plan goes out the window.

To Lance, Keith seems like just another mindless follower of his popular Instagram page, Lover_Boy_Lance. Until he receives a message from Keith saying a simple "hey." Lance doesn't know what compels him to answer, maybe it's Keith's absence of followers, or maybe it's his iconic mullet. Whatever it is, it sparks something between them, something deeper than being an Account Owner, and a Follower.

*This is a Voltron Alternate Universe, the Garrison doesn't exist, they never become Paladins, Voltron, as far as the characters are concerned, isn't real*
