Tales of Mysterra: Coral

This is a short story that I am writing for an English project. I like it so far, so I thought I would post it here for fun. The story follows Coral, a mermaid living in the mystical world of Mysterra. In a time of uncertainty and mistrust, Coral is determined to protect her three children. A dangerous enemy and the threat of war loom overhead, and Coral is forced to make sacrifices for her kids. How far will she go for them? Will she betray Lahloo, her closest friend? Will she start a war? In a time of secret alliances and dangerous enemies, not even Coral knows what she will do for her family.
