Second Chance
[Completed] ManxBoy ~ What if you have died but gotten a Second Chance? This is a story of an orphan boy who has been tossed around, used and broken in so many ways but one night everything changes. He only wished to live a life, to go to school, to make friends and grow up as a normal boy. One night, he dreamt of a boy who thought his life was not worth living. It was such a weird and depressing dream that he has long pushed it to the back of his mind. He's used having his body used in the most horrible way. One night, his owner brought in a group of customers. He fought them hard and tried to escape. He reached for the door only to be hit from the back. The last thing he saw was the group of men in state a of panic. When he woke up, he saw the crying face of a girl. A couple entered the room with tears in their eyes after the girl had left. They started calling him 'Luke'. He became confused but then he saw himself through the bathroom mirror's reflection. He started to panic and they called in the doctors to calm him down. He doesn't have a name, so why do they keep calling him that... He slowly realised that he is no longer in his own body but the body of the boy he dreamt of. After waking up, he takes on a mission to hide it from everyone and move on from his past. He wants to take this opportunity to live a life he always wanted. From there he starts to learn more about this "Luke" boy. Will he meet the man, who might've caused Luke to kill himself?! What will happen when he finds out that the man who despised Luke is showing interest in him although he's in Luke's body ?! - This book is about a romance between two men and has mature content. If you don't like prostitution, depression and suicidal tendency; this book isn't for you. But those things are only at the beginning of the story as you follow Luke's personal development and romance.

When I was little, I was never healthy for a full day. When I would go to school, I would carry around an oxygen tank so that I could breathe properly. There was once where I had come close to death. At that time, my mother and father promised me that they wouldn't ever leave me. That is, until someone came in an murdered them while I was at school. When I was dropped off from the bus stop, I automatically knew something was wrong because my mother would always wait for me. When she wasn't there, I began to get worried. 'Had she forgotten?' Was the first thing I thought as I walked up the stairs and into my house. 'Mama? Papa?' I questioned walking into their room. As I made the first step in, I heard squishing under my feet as if the carpet was wet.

I'm Finn Vasco but that's not quite important right now. I'm a pretty sarcastic guy if I'm gonna be honest. I'm closed off and I literally only have one friend. I might hate everybody in my school... but there's this guy there. He's... let's say, dreamy, someone who I thought would never even acknowledge my existence. That guy who was too damn good to be true, who was too good for me, who was too good for... everybody! You get what I'm trying to say. He's that cliché king of the campus and a popular and attractive heartthrob and with just one wink, he can send people on their knees... That sounded so wrong, anyway. So can you blame me for being over the moon when one day, he approached me only to what? ...To ask for my help courting my freaking best friend. I knew it was stupid for me to hope I'd even have any chance with him anyway. So I just agreed to help him. Even if I was hurting myself and potentially my best friend in the process, my best friend who has been there with me through the thick and thins, I still did it... I mean what could go wrong besides literally everything? So my plan was to just set my crush and my best friend up, and then everything would be alright... right? It's filled with plot holes, grammar errors, and everything else under the sun that makes a bad story. It pains me to reread it but it's like my own writing history so I don't want to take it down.
