The Wand, The Scepter and the Rod

The foundation of the story is about a WAND (also as a scepter because it represents royalty and as a rod when utilized as a tool). A power in itself. Unlike the "Light Sabers" which creates crushing noises and violent sparks when it struck against an object, the Wand will cut, pierce, slice or pass anything in its path without a trace of difficulty. The Wand absorbs everything that touches its surface without making any sound. When it passes through a living tissue, the cut or the pierced flesh do not bleed. The Wand is not affected by any liquid. Water will not boil when submerge nor flammable liquid burst into flames when dipped. And when its dark the Wand glows illuminating its surroundings.
