Cross My Heart

Devyn Miller is a seventeen year old girl, who lives with her single father in Vancouver, British Columbia. She wouldn`t consider herself an outcast; she has never had a core group of friends, or even a bestfriend. However, there is one girl who has always been out to get her; Roxanne. As Devyn struggles through her grade eleven year, she meets a boy, Adam, who shows her that the world really can be a happy place. He helps her through her struggles, and is always there to lean on. Just when she feels like everything will be okay, Roxanne swoops in to ruin it all over again. Devyn knows that this is just highschool, so it can't get that complicated. But she has never been more wrong. Her life will start to crumble, and she doesn't know if Adam can put the pieces back together.
