When Summer moves out of her home from Oregon, she moves to an Apartment in Seattle she was led by an old lady to Apartment 23, there she meets Luke Hemmings who was told that it was also his apartment, which he was led to by the same lady who led her, when they decide to try and live together, sparks fly and the apartment that made the magic happen was Apartment 23.
