After the attack on Bella and the Cullens leaving, Silver has taken up a permanent residence in the Rockies, until she is called back by Carlisle Cullen to watch her sister, and to keep her pack mates in line.

The Cullens may not be actively there, but Silver is as good as an emissary between the Quiletes and the Cullens as the Cold Ones in their legends.

She is ready to fight, especially when Bella ends up getting into more trouble, with the Quiletes and with the Cold Ones, enemies of the Cullens no doubt.

And on top of all that, she's got Embry and Reed fighting over her. Her imprint, the one who will always be there for her, and the outcasted pack mate who was made an outcast for that exact reason.

What happens when all of it begins to crash down on Silver? Plus with Jacob joining the pack, keeping secrets from Bella about the Cullens, and breaking free from Sam's alpha control that we thought only the chief could break?
