Our choices aren't always right but they have reason. They're either selfish or selfless, they either make the world around you seem a little more bleak or light up the sky in technicolor. Every which way we turn we carry the burden of our decisions with us, some are just a little more easy to bear then others. Isla had to learn this the hard way when Xander went off to college, but he's back now and her decisions are ready to bite both of them in the ass. Not to mention Xander has a few ugly secrets of his own that are ready to meet the light. _____________________ (FOR MATURE AUDIENCES ONLY) COPYRIGHT © 2019 NIQUE JAY

Perfection is a performance. Feeling is the flaw in the script. Juniper has not only survived the first phase of the Marriage Process- barley- she somehow managed to be in the top three contestants meaning she has to stay. Much to the disappointment to everyone involved. Now she's expected to spend who knows how long with three bachelors who clearly want nothing to do with her-and in some cases, would rather see her disappear entirely. But as the season drags on, cracks begin to form in their carefully constructed lives. Behind every cold glare and forced smile is a story no one dares to speak aloud, especially not to the unwanted bride they are forced to spend time with. And when masks begin to slip, so do the boundaries between them. Juniper never expected to find connection. They never expected to care. But in a world built on control and illusion, can something real survive?
