You're a young woman working at the infamous (and failing) Joey Drew Studios as an "administrative assistant," mostly meaning cross-trained to do a couple of different tasks. Typing, filing, making appointments, writing out mail, taking and making calls. More like a receptionist. It wasn't a glamorous job, but you didn't dislike it either. Being able to work for Mister Drew was a treat in a way - witnessing cartoons being brought to life on the screen, seeing stories played out, coming into contact with the occasional famous person here and there. Selena Smith was the one who gave Mr. Joey Drew the idea for Bendy and his friends. She wanted something new for her son, Adam, to watch. But she left the idea and stopped talking to Joey after her son passed away. But, one day, years after she left, Selena gets a letter from Joey asking for her to come back to the old workshop as he had something to show her. Having nothing to do at the time, she returns to the old workshop. She finds the place abandoned and discovers a mysterious ink machine creating all sorts of abominations. DISCLAIMER!
