Savannah Riley Taylor Sullivan Lindsey’s life will never be the same again as her older brother (or so she thought was) left her riding in his Subaru Outback. Left with the “Why, How, When and If,” Taylor must face the world, a new world, without her partner-in-crime, her brother Mikhail. Until a new neighbour arrives and turned her world upside-down. As the boy living across the street make her feel acceptable in this world, a plot twist that ruined the friendship that could turn out to be the most beautiful love story ever known. Meeting him with her Berklee College of Music shirt, she left him with a new attitude and moved in London, England, alone. Jefferson Michael Harrell Humphrey’s popularity in his school was left behind in the East Coast as he moves in Allentown, Pennsylvania, a place that he first thought was “boring”, but changed since he saw the girl living across their street. With the golden strawberry blonde hair and rosy cheeks, Jeff found a new friend to whom he thought would last a lifetime, or will go on to something deeper, only it didn’t. As he found out the true identity of his “friend”, Jeff slowly slipped away and left behind the beautiful girl living across the street. Climbing down their Toyota Highland wearing a Les Miserables shirt, Jefferson let her leave Allentown and moved to the other side of the world, alone.

"He seemed like a puzzle to me, and I really liked solving puzzles. But somehow, I don't think that I would ever be able to solve this one." Amelia Heart, with her large smile and her infectious laugh, is what most people would think has the perfect life. They would watch as she went back to her beach house, as she went out of her way to stop and chat to her neighbours, as she would get the perfect grades. She was everything you wanted to be, and yet nobody had gotten close enough to her to understand her life in this small town at all. When her plans of leaving suddenly change, and she is forced to start attending the local school, her life takes a route that she hadn't accounted for. A new group of friends, a chance at a normal teenage life, even a potential love interest - things that Amelia had never even thought about happening after everything she'd been through. But happiness is only temporary in her life, and she knew that. It wasn't surprising to her when her past began to catch up with her present, it was simply a good thing that it had taken as long as it had. Things start happening in Amelia's life that simply don't make sense, even to her. They do say you should always keep an eye over your shoulder, especially when you know you're being hunted, but for Amelia, even an eye in every direction wouldn't be enough. Time begins counting down, fast. Did she want to involve her friends? Could the new people in her life be trusted? She wouldn't have long to make a decision. Not before her world comes blazing down, the final battle on the horizon. Tick, tock, Amelia. You don't want to be late to the party when you're the guest of honour. COMPLETED 06/11/20
