Josh was living a successful, happy life... for the most part. Everything was going good other than the stress of work, the stress of a relationship, and the stress of, well, stress. To top it all off, his anxiety started acting up and he began having panic attacks again- which he hasn't frequently had in six years. Josh's girlfriend, Reagan, recommends he go see a therapist to help him through this time. What happens when his therapist turns out to be his ex, Tyler, back from New Jersey after all these years?
