The five kingdoms have always held a truce, a contracted agreement. There was no reason for war amongst them, each king ruled their five individual kingdoms within the domain.
Kingdoms that wouldn't agree to their terms of allegiance the domain set, were simply not aided when they needed help from an attack or with provisions.
While there are many kingdoms throughout the land, there is only one, five kingdom domain.
The royal bloodline is threatened however, the last princess born over twenty years ago.
A princess is rare to say the least.
