Betty Cooper, a Harvard graduate and failing archaeologist, and her best friend Veronica Lodge were offered a job with the world's most famous archaeologist, Dr.Jones. Her childhood friend Archie Andrews was the co-leader of the site Dr.Jones worked at and they were starting another project. They were in need of a new assistant and a field doctor and Archie told her that both positions were open. Betty quickly accepted the offer and it took some convincing from Archie to get Dr.Jones to agree.
No one was expecting the upcoming events. When the expedition took a turn for the worse or if you look at the bigger picture, for the best.
