In the state of Maine and a small town along the border of Canada, something evil lurks in the dark woods of the Northern Pack lead by Alpha James and his son Emerson James. Emerson takes care of a strange little cat shifter Kriss whom he had kidnapped from the clutches of the abusive cat clan just south of them.
