"Prince, man, don't tell me you're really starting to have serious feelings for her..." Roc asked me. There was an awkward silence. "But I am.", I choked. More awkward silence. "Did you not learn your lesson from the last two times?! What if she isn't even taking you seriously? What if she's just toying with your heart? What if she doesn't even love you for YOU? What if-" I cut him off. "Roc shut the hell up! Life is full of 'what ifs'. Sometimes you just have to take a chance and let whatever happen, happen. Lexi isn't like the other girls. We have our issues, but I know she loves me, deep down in her heart. I love her more than I love myself...." I looked away from Roc.
