An artistic introvert.

A secretive rebel.

An awkward class clown.

Their passion for track and field brought these five contrasting personalities together after school nearly everyday. But that was a long time ago. Now, their paths cross once more as they approach a new obstacle together; graduation. Clover, Channing, Cole, Martina, and Lucas are at the cusp of adulthood, and none of them are quite prepared for it. Some are hopeful while others are scared, and the rest are totally clueless.

Is college a good choice for budding artist Clover? Channing might not have the option to go at all with all of the household funds going toward his hospitalized little sister instead. Cole receives a tempting offer from his estranged big brother to live the high life in L.A, but a life such as that isn't without its brushes with the law. Martina feels pressured to give up her dream of becoming a chef and instead join the military like everyone else in her family, and Lucas feels like, with everyone planning their futures away from Wyoming, he's being left behind.

The future seems scary and uncertain for Casper High's graduating class, so a trip to Yellowstone Park, courtesy of the school, to take in the fresh air and decompress seems to be exactly what the stressed teens need. One wrong turn takes the five friends on an impossible journey when they each take on their own wolf form and are transported thousands of years in the past before Yellowstone was visited by its first human. Faced against rival packs, other predators, and day-to-day survival, the five must figure out how to work together and get back to their own time and bodies relying on the one skill they all share; running.
