EGG

Hunter 'Smokescreen' Carson has always been at the top of her class, exceeding all of the bests individuals have set in the past. As a seven year old, she had created a code so difficult that it took professors at Princeton two months to crack. Regardless of her brilliance, she had never been viewed as the genius she really was, always living in the shadows. Once an outgoing, enthusiastic optimist, now a misanthropic hikkikomori. When she decides to pursue being a detective, she manages to solve every case without difficulty until the day she comes into contact with a reclusive, enigmatic society; the Equinox General Gallery, better known as EGG.

From the day she first struggled over a case, she becomes imprisoned in EGG and her skills are put at a test to see if she is worthy of surviving and becoming a member of EGG, or letting her brain to go to waste as yet another victim of the criminal headquarters. Smokescreens never last forever in the shadows, though. This one is getting ready to shake off her initial withdrawn nature, and emerge into a world only to shine.
