NASA breaks through with an ingenious plan, and gives NASA the power of controlling the universe by simply killing off people like a crusade for diplomatic power. This scares people, and the world is thrown into WW3, as Cole figures out why he was sent here, escapes murder, and digs dirt on the people who tried to kill him.
