Jack Avery has always been his big brother's shadow. Whenever someone talks to him in school, it's always the same conversation; "Can I have Corbyn's number?" then Jack has to awkwardly deny the request. He's shy, stutters a lot, quiet and... Gay so he gets teased frequently. Bullying is a strong word and Jack hates to describe it as that even though it most likely is. 

Zach Herron has never joined in on picking on the nerd, he doesn't want to be seen as a bully especially a typical bully who only starts on the smallest. He's went through the majority of his life along side Corbyn Besson so seeing Jack get picked on is a regular occurrence. Whenever he could, without destroying his reputation too much, Corbyn would attempt to save his younger brother from harm's way.
