Mark's close friend Joseph had just died and Mark didn't know what to do. He had never felt so empty and cold. It was like there was a black hole inside him, sucking away all the light in his life. And Jack ends up in LA to spend time with his American pals and ends up finding a new home trying to rebuild the broken places in Mark. This is just some random fanfic I started writing, and I didn't really think I'd get anywhere with it, but I actually enjoyed writing it, so I hope others do too. It's about Jack and Mark, but they have powers according to their hair colour. "Normal" people supposedly hate their powers, so they've been put on an island among many others. While jack learns more about his own powers, Mark and him learn the real truths about the island.Complete

Mark and Jack meet in a bar. They have a connection almost instantly and talk all night. Mark is very proud of his job as a police officer. But Jack on the other hand doesn't say anything about his job. Ofcourse you're not going to say that you're a criminal to a cop, that's just asking for trouble. A couple weeks later, one of Jacks robberies goes wrong and he gets caught. He's not afraid of going to jail, he just doesn't want to see Mark. But when the game glitches and you get stuck inside. You leave your old life behind, to befriend all monsters.
