 A fan fiction about Kelli Berglund and Billy Unger, a romantic fantasy story about Kelli and Billy dramatically in love with each other. 

Only there's one problem. Kelli is a mermaid, destined to marry Spencer, the soon to be king of the sea. 
Billy must find a way to be with Kelli. But what happens when there's something else between Billy and Kelli?

What happens when Spencer's dad has something to say about this?
