The collectors are an goverment organisation, whose sole aim is to take people whom have ablities or abnormalities that dont fit into the pefect world which the corupted goverment imagine.
However their are forces who are agasint the goverment, and their sudden rise to superiorty, they are called the movement. who's main idea is to turn britain back into the country it was before the collectors overtook ruling.
