The lawyer César and the professor Deodorina were a happy couple in the beginning of their marriage. But suddenly their world ended when bolts of light destroyed their city. Overwhelmed by their loss and their inexplicable survival, they come to discover that they're no longer the people they used to be. Perhaps, they weren't human at all!
They could bring things into existence, but not retrieve what had been lost. Incapable of getting physically hurt, their hearts could still be easily broken. Not able to sleep, they could see glimpses of the future whenever their eyes were closed. However, their eyes couldn't shed tears over what was to come.
Infinity was displayed before them, with a dreadful destiny in the horizon.
As the couple tries to work things out, a son comes into their lives. Young Diego ages, although slowly, sleeps sparsely and cries when hurt. Unlike his parents, his mortality seemed inevitable. Who would that child grow to become when his whole world consisted of other two people? How well would his parents raise him while striving to keep their humanity?
After centuries of the family attempting to make sense of things, a stranger arrives to disrupt their world.

𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐯𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐦𝐞. -- Silence...It was the only thing screaming between the spaces of our grief. I started to crack the voice hidden inside my throat. "Maybe I need someone constant. Someone who will tightly hold me when I feel like everything is slipping away from my gasp." The wind was hushing towards our shivering bare skins. "I tightly hold you Celestine." His voice is too broken---his eyes travelled on my face with my hair blown by the wind. This has been a long journey of fighting and hurting. Of chasing and running for something that we both know, we'll never ever get. We started beautiful but the universe found its way to let us in end in tragic. I took a glimpse on his face, on his features. I reach for his cheeks and let my hands slide on it as I smiled quietly with tons of emotions pulling me down. The waves crashes on the calm whims of the shore.... just like what happened to us. "But maybe it was not enough Sky. Not enough to save me from the fall" I hushed in the stillness of the void. Is this the end? Will we savor the pain of the fall? Maybe...Maybe this is not. - Astralis Celestine, a lass who lives in the shadow of being a reckless and carefree kind of girl, a black sheep. Someone who wanted to prove something in his life. Both wrecked. Both messed up. But in this journey, they meet once but will they be able to savour the taste of seconds until it lasts? Their names are entangled to each other, but will they be? --

"... So maybe I did do it!" he mumbled, looking aimlessly at the ground. "Do what? Jumped us away in time?" "Wha...? How did you know I was going to say that?" "Well, first of all, last night you had this bright light around you, and then, the the next thing I knew, we wound up here. Then, while you were passed out, I looked a bit around. And by all indications, this is the exact same place we were at when we crashed. It just looks different: no asphalt roads, no city lights, no cell phone signal. And third, I just saw a ship at sea, which looked like the damn Mayflower! So I figured it can only mean one thing: we are in the past!" ************************************************ As they are about to experience a fatal car crash, LA surgeon Diego Perez and his wife Louise get sent back in time to the 19th century. It turns out that Diego has the ability to time-travel, and though he can not fully control it, this is not his first time doing it. The two get sent to the timeline of Diego's youth, three months after his mysterious disappearance when he was twenty years old. Now, at a much more mature age, but with a still youthful appearance, he is forced to take things up where he left them, with an upcoming wedding to his pregnant fiancée and much unresolved business as the town protector, Zorro. But he has his modern-day wife with him, who has her own connections to this place and time, and things get more complicated by the day. Will he be able to figure out how to get his wife back home? Will their love endure the test of the time travel? Will they manage to navigate the rough waters of their existence in the 19th century? Word Count approx. 86000. He dismissed me due to his pride and self-image, prioritizing his reputation and power above all else. He deems me unworthy to stand beside him, solely concerned with his own stature. Yet, he is mistaken. I explicitly warned him not to spurn my humanity, yet Dante's human disregarded my plea. Now, consequences will unfold, and he will endure the repercussions. I intend to inflict suffering upon all. Although he may be the lord of demons, I possess the capability to draw blood and immerse him in his own agony. I crave to hear his screams echoing with torment, a symphony of pain and torture. I will subject him to countless deaths until he pleads for mercy. My human may have lost herself, but I am here to anchor her. She might be numb from his rejection, while I am consumed by anger. No other emotions can bring me stability as the fiery rage within me seeks to obliterate every fragment of this world, starting with his kingdom. I will reveal to the entire world that what everyone believed to be dead is still alive, poised for a grand reappearance that will instill fear in all.
