A demented serial killer has emerged in the quiet city of Burnham, one who seems to tear its victims apart like a wild animal and mutilate their organs. The leading officers on the case think it to be a mad man, but a new officer on the force, Leroy Bellamy, thinks the murder might connect to a popular speakeasy and it's recently deceased owner, Wesley Orwell. With the help of a young journalist, Leroy must find out the killer and whats behind his motives in the twisted web of mystery that was Mr.Orwell's fortune.
