Just for one day

He was close. Close enough that you could feel his minty breath on your skin. With his forehead touching mines, he started to pour his feelings out. Even though I was unconscious I heard everything;

''If I can be with you just for one day, to hold your hands, hug you, go on stupid dates and protect you.. to be the one that makes you smile, give you butterflies whenever we share a kiss and give you the love that you deserve, show you what you really mean to me and make you fall in love more and more each day and make you think of me being more than just a friend ..if i could do that just for one day..''
