"What Bad Guys?" I struggled to let the words out

In which a speedster leaves her world to find a new place to protect, and people to call family. After all the only people she had to love and protect were gone, she failed. So try, try, try again.

"I think it's safe to say she's involved." "Well, now what?" Megan asked. "We dont know where she is or how to find her." "We could Google her." Conner suggested. "Don't be ridiculous. We'll only come up with social media accounts. It's useless." Robin said. Miss Martian ignored the black haired boy and looked up the name on Google.com . To say the least, they found more than just social media accounts. Articles upon articles on this girl having performed incredible feats- surviving kidnappings, gunfights, property destruction, evading the police, among other things. "I guess we'll start in Manhattan. That's apparently where she lived at the time of the earliest article." Artemis skimmed back through the first article on her phone. They had all taken to looking her up themselves since it was just that easy. "Sounds like a plan, but we shouldn't go quite yet. We need to be careful, so the League doesn't catch on." Robin said, to which they all nodded in agreement. They all retreated back into the mountain and went to either the Zeta tubes or their rooms, depending on where they resided. They had begun hunting for Persephone Jackson without the permission of the Justice League. --- A female Percy Jackson and Young Justice story. 14 year old Jade Knight is the Jester, adopted daughter of The Joker and Harley Quinn. She's been with them since she was a young child but spent a few of those years training with assassins. She is meant to take over the role of being the Joker but to do so she has to kill Robin. Robin is guessed to attend Gotham Academy so Jade is sent there undercover as a new student but finding Robin is harder than it looks. She makes a friend called Dick Grayson and after a while he starts to make the things the Joker and Harley put into her head go away and she sort of changes and realises she doesn't actually want to be the Jester anymore. She finally tells Joker and Harley she doesn't want to be the bad guy anymore but they don't accept it and try to kill her. She's then saved by the league but when she wakes up Joker is gone and left a broadcast announcing that Jade was the Joker, the one thing she feared most of becoming and it breaks her making her loose what's left of her sanity. Nearly two years later she finds out that Dick didn't die and that he was under a new name, Nightwing. But will his return be enough to reverse her being the Joker or will she still stay insane?

Wanting to be a superhero and becoming one, are two completely different things. But becoming the opposite? That's way easier. And sometimes it's not on purpose. Fate didn't want me to be a hero.
