"Keep in My Mind" is a short poem about the pain that comes with love and learning. This is my first published poem. It's definitely not my best, however, I have been feeling the need to post a poem and to share my recent struggles with love in the form of words. After careful consideration, I'm keeping "Keep in My Mind" an ongoing series for now. It will mostly feature poetry about common thoughts and struggles; specifically love, finances, and every day life. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns about the "story behind the story," grammatical errors, etc. please feel free to comment on the story or send me a direct message!

I've been through my own struggle, whether it was created in my head by way of prolonged sadness or bitterness/resentment, or if I was struggling with things I had no control over like failed friendships, a broken heart, or family drama.
