Another bandage pulled loose, and you can tell his brows are furrowed as the bottom half of his face is revealed. "It'll be okay." And you press a kiss to his lips.

This story moves at a much slower pace than the anime and a much faster pace than the game.
Not gonna lie, I got tired of all the low-quality Angels of Death fanfics out there that seem to dominate the good quality ones and decided to try my own hand at it. You're gonna have to give me some lee-way here though - the reader isn't Rachel, so there will be some divergences from canon to get reader to fit in, so to speak.
