This is a story that I'm writing for my high school English class, and I feel like it's good enough to be shared here. It's an allegory project about the Mexican/American wall that Trump wants to build.
Good Morning, World is a story about two college students that get wrapped up in international struggles after their hometown is nuked by their county's enemies.

Never in my life has my mom ever said something so horrible, so disgusting. Never in my sixteen years of living, have I heard something so awful and cruel. A young man is conflicted with his corrupt upbringing and a forced hoodlum world for survival, one time he finds himself in a dire situation when a delivery goes wrong with a certain gang and the entire day spirals to be a worst nightmare of his life that would change his whole life leading him to lose the people dear to him. But along the way of grief and salvation he stumbles into a new world where he finds himself surrounded by his new sense of being and finds himself in a love hate situation with a certain boy from his school, their lives take a huge turn when they realize that they have channeled a new world of love which they can't run away from no matter how hard they tried to avoid it even when it meant taking each other's lives on the process.

In the near future, Mr. Donald J. Trump is the President of the United States of America, and there have been some radical changes. Some for the better, and some for the worse. Some are just plain weird. Most notably, however, a giant wall exists at the border of Mexico and the U.S. to stop illegal immigration in Trump's ideology. That's all great, but when Ramon Juarez, a Mexican-American man who immigrated to America years before is caught in the middle of a family crisis that presents certain legal problems in this new, outlandish world, he'll have to break some laws and team up with a couple of dorks to save the day. Inspired by the Trump Craze of the recent months, this is a political comedy, intended to be as uncompromisingly funny as humanly possible. I'm in ninth grade and, at 33 pages long, this is my first story ever. I originally wrote it for the holidays late last year on Google Docs, but my family, friends, and peers loved it, so I figured I'd share it online. Enjoy! My name is Grace Shield and my life is not normal. Vampire's have been taking over the city. They murdered and drained my family's blood in front of my very eyes. They captured me and took me to their leader. Lets just say that me and the leader aren't on good terms, I despise vampires. The leader has been doing experiments on me, and he put angel blood in me. So now if I turn into a vampire, I'll be more stronger and powerful. Basically I'll be able to do anything, that's why the leader wants to marry me. And to top it off, every vampire wants me. He's gonna do a ceremony, get married to me and turn me into a vampire in front of his pack. I also found out a family secret that can help me defend myself. I thought all vampires were the same, but when I met Ethan the leaders son, I had second thoughts. Is he actually different? Or is he playing with me? It's as if just a vampire's touch can kill you.
