Lili is a witch within a large coven. Her sidekick, Maverick, is a shapeshifting werewolf who is her loyal companion. From the age of two, she has raised an orphan in the greatest known coven in the United States. Lili must discover how powerful she is in this novel in order to protect herself and the ones she loves.
Lili is told that her parents had left her because they were too young teenagers who didn't understand how to take care of a gifted child. Lili and Maverick begin traveling the united states helping young covens become successful and completing missions for her high Preist. However, Lili finds herself wandering into a dangerous part in her past when she is confronted by an Auburn Lady demanding Lili to give her the enchanted book. Lili realizes that she was not who everyone thought and is constantly fighting a demon inside of her. If she lets it consume her she could destroy everything in the world. Lili must try to defeat her inner darkness while outrunning the covens.
How will she save everything? How can she save herself when she is the destroyer?

I am just about to turn around and head down the alley toward the street when I see two shadows step away from the wall a little farther down from where I am standing.
