Charlotte "Charlie" Shepherd is Derek Shepherd's youngest and favourite sister. After deciding to join him in moving to Seattle, in order to leave her past life behind, she starts her internship at Seattle Grace Hospital, where it eventually catches up with her. This story is mostly going to be about Charlie and Mark, but characters like Derek, Addison, the other interns and many more are going to play an important part in it. As Mark's first appearance is at the end of season 2, it will take a few chapters until he arrives for the first time, but I will try to summarise the first two seasons as short as possible. Also, I imagined Charlotte to look like Adelaide Kane, before she joined the show as Jules Millin, so let's just ignore that. She hasn't had it easy though she has had a bad past and has done everything to escape it. She took her new job in Seattle for a better life for her and her 3 year old daughter. Whilst moving to Seattle she promised herself to stick to herself but will someone change that. This story will contain strong themes a TW will be placed where necessary. I do not own Grey's Anatomy or any of the characters in this story all belong to Shonda Rhimes. Merlex friendship. Cristina, George, Izzie are second year residents.
