As Chat noir, he saw that everyone didn't even care about the presents but themselves. Including his only friend, Chloe who kept on bullying Marinette. Her reasoning was that her attitude was crap. He believed it. Until he saw a certain bluenette. And her name was Marinette. Marinette would've remained frozen in her spot if it weren't for the surrounding crowd that pulled her up and started to nudge her towards the stage. "No wait! Don't make me!" Although he could've declined, he would never hear the end of it from his father if he had come across as rude at a public gathering. He told them reassuringly. However, his comment fell on deaf ears to both of them as they looked at the floor uncomfortably. "...or maybe not."
