I still don't know why you left and what lead you to the decision you made. What I do know is that we're here. We're alive and we're pushing forward to the future. A future that you're not a part of. I stood peering over the cold lifeless body that lay before my eyes. I had always thought of death the enemy, but right now, I blessed it upon the person who is now at peace. I slowly began to find comfort and safety in him, and I did the same to him. We were two broken people becoming whole. Someone once said when you pass, if you can count your true friends on one hand you are beyond lucky, and I even though I did not like the person that lay before me, I know that he once had true friends, including me. I'm a 17 year old girl who has suffered more than any other, beginning to believe that 'Hope' was just another word the people throw around. Until I fell in love with a badboy. Hope has always expected the worst when it comes to people. Although who could blame her? Since she was about the age of five Hope and her brother Gavin have been in foster care. They never knew their father. Before they were born he had left their mother to be a teen mom on her own. As for their mother to them, she was the most wonderful and caring person they knew. To everyone else she was A depressed mother that had spent more time on drugs than off of them. She cared about her kids she really did, she just didn't know how to handle them. Hope has always been there for her little brother. She hides all of her problems and focuses on her twin brother making sure that he is always happy and dosent know about her problems, because honestly at this rate shes turning into their mom.
