In Psychopath City, childish laws like, don't speed, don't drink, don't steal and that measly stuff don't matter. In Psychopath City, every child learns four CRUCIAL laws:

1. If you get targeted by a psychopath, you will be alerted a week before your capturing.

2. If you get targeted by a psychopath, don't try to run. Just wait.

3. If you get targeted by a psychopath, say your farewells to your loved ones calmly and don't ask for help. You'll get them in trouble.

4. If you get targeted by a psychopath, you're doomed to become one or die.
