1590 Korean Peninsula

Yu-sin Hwarang became an infamous name to traders and lords alike. A mercenary that performs tasks from assassination, theft, and espionage with such efficiency and talent that ones that dare not fear him seek him. It was only a matter of time until officals of the Joseon dynasty offer him a deal to assist in a war that the king has prophesied. The reward, an ancient jewel that predates the entire Eastern World, one that is said to have mythical powers. Accepting the task, Yu-sin didn't expect to entangle himself within a conflict with the Land of the Sun nor the dangerous clans that reside within it. Yet, with the peninsula's greatest forces and men at his side and his great brilliance, he'll accept any task with his sword in one hand and a shield in the other.

❗️EVERY UPDATE 2-3 CHAPTERS❗️ A few millenniums ago there was once a land of Kingdoms united together, as time passed the people of these lands were bestowed gifts sent by the celestial beings. People soon became greedy for more of these celestial powers and began to slaughter each other. Civilization watched in fear as one kingdom fell after another to these massacres, to save the people from self extinction the once united Kingdoms split apart. Although the slaughtering died down, tension within the kingdoms only seemed to heighten. The once shared history vanished as the last few remaining kingdoms went to war. This war was the stepping stones to the foundations of the Kingdoms today after 600 hundred years.
