Leila had a secret. Something she saw, that she never told anyone about. Then, finally, after years of spending time with each other, Leila tells her best friend, Janey. Now Leila is missing, leaving Janey to pick up the pieces, and more importantly, keep their secret a secret. But when mysterious notes start appearing from the person supposedly behind Leila's kidnapping, along with dangerous signs, can Janey trust herself to keep the secret, even when her life's at stake? And can she deny the surprising bond between her and Leila's boyfriend Darren, when both of them are in the middle of trying to save their closest friend? And most importantly, will she have enough time to find and save Leila, or is it too late? The only thing Janey seems to know for sure is two can keep a secret when one of them is dead.
