[Addewid is an adaptation of the Welsh myth of Pwyll, Prince of Dyved from the first branch of the Mabinogi] [it's also discontinued because I can't focus on one wip at a time]

Amser's weariness of humans led her to claim the woods as her own. Any human that happens to wander in must pay servitude to her for the rest of her life she'd decreed - but only too herself.

There's only person who's ever broken that rule, and it just so happened to be the same person to introduce to her to a world of myth and magic as she'd never seen it before.

The same person who'd agreed with her to make her his son's advisor.

[This will be an adaptation; so please understand that while I will stay true to the major points of the original myth, I will be telling an independent story]

Elfhaven (the Danu Cycle: Fiann Trilogy Book 2) by writeriz
44 parts Complete
The outposts are one thing, fey court is another entirely. With an inherited title she didn't earn and massive shoes to fill, Niamh tries to adjust to fey court. Dwendardian's forces are bombarding the castle, demanding Niamh's head for their leader. The harder she trains, the less adequate she feels, not in the least when her growing power only seems to be present when Eamon's annoying her. There is very little difference between love, lust and obsession. But, there is more than looming threats to the safety of all realms; the king's sons are caught in their own games and aren't averse to getting someone killed. While Eamon reminds himself his feelings for Niamh go no further than a simple fey obsession, he is still involved in the tug of war for power among the king's children. Fey obsession is a dangerous thing... So, oaths are formed and relationships tested as Niamh and Eamon are forced to hide away with the hope the fey can draw the fomorians away from Elfhaven. There, their own relationship is tested as Niamh gives in to her attraction to him. ...and, Eamon's will not be the only oath broken. But, once the threat is passed and they are back among others, Eamon is cold, distant, and his oath is near broken. But, not as broken as Killian, who senses the connection now forged between Eamon and Niamh. In faery, friend and foe hangs on a single whim. As Niamh continues to learn more about her fey heritage, she will come to see that there are many layers to the fey psyche. And, while she's slowly shedding some humanity and becoming one of them, she's only barely scratched the surface.

Estelle Beaumont just wanted a peaceful hike on her last day of vacation. Instead, one ill-starred moment of curiosity leaves her miraculously stranded in the fictional world of Prythian--a faerie realm full of ruthless court drama, rampant misogyny, and enough deadly magic to keep anyone up at night. Armed with foreknowledge that's only helpful when it isn't actively trying to get her killed, Estelle quickly discovers that living through the story of ACOTAR is far less fun and far more perilous when it's her own basic-ass, untrained mortal life on the line. Her plan is simple: keep her hands off of the plot and survive long enough to find a way back to the family and love she left behind. But the so-called "Mother" clearly has other plans for Estelle, forcing her to confront an unsettling truth--that her role here in Prythian might be far greater than that of a passive observer. As Estelle reluctantly abandons her original plan, uneasy alliances form, old wounds reopen, and fractured trust begins to mend. Love, loss, and scars of the past converge as Estelle slowly starts to see that the family she thought she'd lost might take a new shape, and that the life she left behind might be the only reason she's prepared for the fight ahead. But the cost of shaping Prythian's future--and her own--might be greater than she can bear. After all, it's a future that was never meant to be hers to begin with. And this is all that damned Cauldron's fault... ☆⊱──────⊰ ☽✧☾ ⊱──────⊰☆ A/N: Warning: This fanfiction is purely self-indulgent, with long-winded introspection and a major, major slowburn romance. Read at your own risk lol. Also if you don't like self-insert/iseki like tropes were an original character who read the books ends up in the fictional world as the new main character, you might want to skip this. Somethings will stay very familiar, others will diverge completely, and I plan to add extra world building along the way.

Fine print: all participating clientele need be of sentient capabilities and payment made upfront. Millie Adams was angry with her lot in life- everything had been taken away from her, leaving her in the hands of a relative who endured her simply to have access to her wealth and inheritance. When her cousin realises that Millie is no meek lady willing to do his bidding, he decides to utilize any means necessary to silence his niece, including magic. Knowing that she had to take matters into her own hands, and fast, an advertisement in the societal papers provides Millie with one last avenue of hope: Mrs. Addilyn's Anxious Hearts Society Matchmaking Service. Blayne Leowyn's human name was James Woode according to the documentation this world had provided him, though he was anything but. He lived a solitary existence in the forests skirting around the capital city. The beasts and creatures that dwelled in the area were under his care, tempered and appeased by his tenuous administrations to prevent discord between human and fae. He has little interest in the human way, though when his path crosses with a human woman thanks to Mrs. Addilyn's interfering services, he could not ignore the allure he felt kindling within him. But his unwitting match, Miss Adams, became furious and aloof, and his need for companionship would surely lack considering the woman was mute. However, he could not deny there was something about her... This is a historical fantasy romance novel, heavy focus on the romance.
