After the death of her mother, Brielle Buermais grows up alone in a manor, with only her alcoholic father and the maid he hired to take care of her and to keep her company. Everything changes when she meets a mysterious attendee at one of her father's card nights. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This story is purely fictional and any similarities between this and any living person are completely coincidental ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The story is written in a similar style to that of Sandra Cisneros' novel "The House on Mango Street" as it was part of an assignment for a class where we had to write a story in a similar style. No offense is meant in this. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Warnings: Contains brief mentions of violence and alcoholism. So if you're sensitive to that sort of stuff I'd recommend being cautious or not reading. If you can think of any other warnings, please leave a comment and I will add it. No hate please. Enjoy it or don't, please keep negative opinions to yourself. I take suggestions and feedback though.

18-year-old Ada had a tough life. Always lying about who she really is, always hiding behind a mask, until she couldn't do it anymore. But telling her Parents destroyed her life. She got kicked out at the age of 16 and had to live on the streets. Thanks to her Basketball skills she got a scholarship at Knight High school. A weird private school where every kid has a special talent. From art over music to sports, if you're really good at what you're doing you can go to Knight High. Students come and go, so it's not really surprising when three dancers came to the school after thanksgiving break. Eve, one of these girls, always knew she's gay, she has a great girlfriend, at least she thought that for the last six months. When She, Isabel - her girlfriend - and Jenna changed schools, some things got out of control. Isabel isn't the sweet, innocent, accepting, supporting girlfriend Eve thought she is. When Eve meets Adam she's slowly falling for him, not knowing he's a she called Ada. Eve gets extremely confused with her sexuality, just then Isabel finds out about Eve's feelings. And Isabel started to change. Is she finally showing her real face? Or is this something from her past that she's constantly fighting? What will happen when Ada(m) finally tells them that she's not a guy? Whom is Eve going to choose? Isabel, her girlfriend, with a fucked-up past? Or Ada, the attractive, sweet player? Or is shit going down and Eve just decides to be single?
