This takes place after camp Campbell. David is Max's foster parent. They live in a small town called Freesia, where they host flower parades and have a small school for Max to go to.
Max finds himself hanging out with people he never thought he could be friends with. They all become close and they all start to break down the walls between them. Finding out that they all deserve love from people that care about them.
