Charlie and the Quest for the Stone of Marrie
When 14-year-old Charlie Bridges goes through a mysterious tunnel and takes this wild boat ride to this mysterious island, he eventually finds himself in the mysterious town called Kanesvill. Here the boy meets this girl named Kate who tells him about the stone of Marrie and about how it had been taken away from the town and how the towns peoples were now living a hard life under the rule of their new Queen, Queen Olivia. For example, they had to do their jobs her way and they also had to give almost all of their earnings to the Queen. As Kate told Charlie this, he feels sorry for the people and wants to help them get the stone back and restore happiness to everyone. First, though, he would need a team. The Stone of Marrie is a magical stone that stands in the middle of the town. This Stone has many uses. One is for electricity to power homes and when touched it can also be used to help heal people. Recently though when Queen Olivia took over she enforced harsh rule on the townspeople. To make matters worse she also stole the stone of Marie and has kept it secretly hidden up in her castle to this day. Once they had assembled an unlikely team of 4 of Kanesvills most talented people, Charlie and Kate's mission began. Now if this group was ever going to retrieve the stone, they must work together and be very careful. One small mistake and their whole plan could be ruined. Can they do it?
