lapis- a 12 year old girl in the care of her adoptive parents jasper and peridot because her real parents were... not good ones. Due to her abusive past she dosent really speak that much and has some weird ways of coping. Because of jasper and peridots busy work schedual, they need to find a babysitter to keep lapis company incase she does anything.. questionable


amethyst- a collage drop out living with her roomates in a desperate search for a job. she finds her friend peridot is in need of a full time babysitter for her special needs child and so she takes the job. pearl is heasitant to let her do it but eventually agrees and so it begins
