Sarah Weeks was murdered on the 24th floor of the Atelier in New York City, New York. Her husband, Leo Weeks, is the prime suspect in her murder and is standing trial. Leo's famous defense attorney, William Brooks, will stop at nothing to prove Leo's innocence- unlike his young and determined daughter, Valerie Brooks. Valerie works to serve justice and prove Leo's guilt by investigating the case on her own, which involves enticing Leo's dark and mysterious nephew and his seemingly innocent best friend.
